Offseason Winter Throwing Clinics

We’re excited to announce the start of our Winter Throwing Clinics! Now entering our third year, this program builds upon last year’s success while introducing new training elements and development opportunities.

The program will be led by Owen Sharts, Director of Pitching Development at the University of Nevada, and assisted by Noah Shackles, Assistant Coach.

Program Details

Dates: December 1 – January 28
Break: Two weeks off for Christmas and New Year’s
Schedule: Four-day-per-week plan
- Two in-person sessions: Wednesdays and Sundays at 5:00 PM at Peccole Park
- Two recovery days: Completed independently at home

Throughout the seven-week program, athletes will:

Learn our dynamic warm-up, J-band, and structured throwing progression
Receive individualized video analysis and technical feedback
Record baseline and post-program velocity metrics
Get personalized drill plans based on movement assessments
Follow guided arm care and post-throw recovery routines
Throw bullpens tracked on TrackMan, with pitch design feedback and detailed reports
